None of them are worth wasting tax payers noney on to ptotect their worthless arses... What would you suggest we do, sit back and do nothing watch the Government collapse and let anarchy reign ? Belgium managed without a government for years. If they can do it, so can we. Admittedly a whole load of freeloaders and rubber boat invaders will find nothing here except death through hypothermia or starvation but i’m having a hard time seeing a downside there….

Your all acting has if terrorist attacks MPs are Something new .
Did the tory Government under Maggie bring this on themselves.
On 1st 2 October 1984, the Provisional Irish Republican Army (IRA) attempted to assassinate members of the British government at the Grand Hotel in Brighton, England. A long-delay time bomb was planted in the hotel by Patrick Magee before Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher and her cabinet arrived for the Conservative Party conference.[2] Five people were killed, including the Conservative MP and Deputy Chief Whip Sir Anthony Berry, and a further 31 were injured. Thatcher narrowly escaped the explosion.

They have brought it on themselves Handy...I am sorry but I am clean out of 'give a fucks' for those that have allowed and nurtured the reason for this situation....And we are fast approaching anarchy as the silent majority are now finding their voices.. I agree. Politicians have brought this on themselves. Even leaving aside the Islamist threat, there's Net Zero, 15 minute cities, the coming food crisis. All supported by both sides of the house, all introduced without mandate. These things can, do and will have a profound effect on the lives of ordinary people and politicians need to learn that that doesn't come without cost. And if it takes a few of them getting a good hiding then so be it. It isn't the mob destroying democracy, our politicians already have that well under way. Whilst I agree with both of you as I have stated I have very little support for any of the parties in the Commons we cannot let the Terrorists within the UK win , the attacks on our soil go back a long way, it is estimated by some that at least seven attempts were made to kill Queen Victoria to destabilase the Monarchy. The first IRA attack on the UK mainland was in 1897 when the IRA placed a bomb against the wall of Clerkenwell Prison to free an IRA being held in the Prison , it failed one man was killed and a number of people badly injured, during WW2 the IRA worked with the Nazi's to carry out sabotage in the UK and smuggled Nazi spies into the UK. The IRA carried out the Mortar Bomb attack on Downing Street a direct attack on the head of our Government at the time , same with the Brighton Bomb they wanted to bring the Government of the day down IMHO. Over the years 3.395 people have been murdered by terror attacks by different Terror Groups within the UK, these day most by Extreme Islamists Like it not we need a Government in place to get to grips with these odious people, we need a strong Government that will get rid of these people within our midst sadly we don't have one , the Manchester Arena bombing was aimed directly at youngsters not the Government as we the General Public are an easier target and difficult to protect. I don't think anyone in Government or opposition knows what to do next.

Wait until the people who just want to be left alone start getting involved.

Our MPs are, in large part, responsible for the present shambles in our country, so why should they receive special protection that the rest of us don't have. Remove the protection and they might do something that we all benefit from.
Couldn't agree more. According to MI5 there are 43,000 people on a terror suspects watchlist in this country, 39,000 of whom are described as Muslim or Islamic terror suspects. It's quite ironic that the very people who have allowed this to happen are now the very people who demand protection from their own incompetence.
