George Galloway announces plan to kick Angela Rayner out of parliament at the election
George Galloway has announced plans to try and unseat Labour deputy leader Angela Rayner at the General Election.
"He singled out Ms Rayner, warning that there are more than enough supporters in her constituency to boot her out".
Mr Galloway told the assembled press that Sir Keir Starmer knows he is “speaking for a very large number of people in Britain and that in dozens if not scores of parliamentary constituencies, people who support my point of view or who will vote for it… could alter the outcome of the general election”.
He offered up Ms Rayner as just one example of a senior Labour MP who is very vulnerable to a Rochdale-style insurgence.
**Well Labour have brought all this ^^ on themselves, they've let it get completely out of hand.

Yes, I think Sunak wanted November because it was more favourable to him, but given these recent events with Galloway and the chaos in the Labour party May might work out better for the Tories, like you rightly say if there is a ceasefire it takes the heat of Labour and will work in their favour. |
