I do not know how Labour are getting away with all this ...
Labour 'destroyed' documents that could have revealed Angela Rayner’s address The Ashton-under-Lyne MP insists her former council house on Vicarag
Where are the police, isn't there a law against this ..
(2) Every one who wilfully attempts in any manner other than a manner described in subsection (1) to obstruct, pervert or defeat the course of justice is guilty of an indictable offence and liable to imprisonment for a term not exceeding ten years.
Labour has form on this IIRC at the time of the MP expenses scandal Blair's ''expenses'' records couldn't be produced because they had been shredded !https://www.theipsa.org.uk/freedom-of-information/2011-12/foi2011-071

Yeah, but Labour is above the law and the police are run by corrupt institutions. It's best to think of the police today as Stalin's henchman protecting the party.

Most organisations shred documents after 6-7 years because of data protection.
Her story is obvious bullshit. She obviously got married then kept the house for five years because she would have had to repay the Right to Buy discount. It is hardly crime of the century, and I'm guessing thousands of people have done the same thing. The problem is most people don't then become an MP... and even worse... an MP that spends all her time finger pointing at other people.
Her team are now briefing that there is no tax due because of "kitchen alterations", which if you look at the state of that kitchen is obviously more bullshit haha.
I highly doubt the police will charge her with anything because low level stuff like this is usually fobbed off as being "not in the public interest". However, the damage is already done because her side of the story is such utter bullshit. Starmer is loving it because there is no way she will be able to challenge him for leadership now.
Basically, we now get 10-15 years of Starmer.

Absolutely, it's almost a forgone conclusion that she'll get off with anything thrown at her, can you imagine if this was Boris Johnson, Rayner would be wetting her knickers SHOUTING cover up, DEMANDING he resigned, the police aren't doing their job ... the usual Rayner blah blah blah
The problem wet knickers is going to have, how can she possibly keep a straight face while she's preaching about how her and Labour are going to tax people to death, and close up tax loopholes, she'll be a double standard hypocritical laughingstock.

Her team seriously expect anyone with a brain to believe that anyone ( sensible or otherwise )would spend some £48000 replacing a kitchen in a council house sold for a mere £127000 ? Those without working brain cells might be taken in by this crap , normal people will not It's obviously complete bs that even £400 was spent, looking at the state of it

This was before she became an MP and was supposedly a part time carer /shop steward - if both her and Mr Growler were claiming welfare and declaring that they lived apart when they did not that's fraudulent claims to add to her woes.

It's an ordinary cheap but functional kitchen, a few cupboards, not modern - maybe £800-1000 max , it's not that big either the washing machine / dryer are sited in it and none of the white goods are integral

It's now been shown that Mr Growler extended his ex council house and added an extra bedroom just prior to their marriage and second child being born Angela Rayner’s husband expanded his home to three bedrooms just before the couple married and had their second child, documents show.
Ms Rayner has insisted that she lived primarily at a council house she owned on Vicarage Road, Stockport, and did not reside with her husband.
The renovations add further weight to claims that the Labour deputy leader was in fact living with her family at her husband’s house.
