So far there appears to be nothing more than insinuations against her. If there was hard evidence we would not be discussing it on this forum. She claims she took legal advice, and so far it appears to be the case that there is nothing more than mud slinging. And that is just so typical of the crap Tory approach so often taken. Even on this forum Righties are usually full of denigration and insinuations as I have been pointing out over many previous months. So publish the legal advice.. And also HMRCs written agreement that they accept the validity of the alleged legal advice and that no CGT was payable.
