Just had an email telling me i have not used the nhs online app for two years so they are shutting down my account
This is total fucking bollocks i use it weekly to track my blood clotting factor monitoring
The mail gives no contact to complain to and the email address wont accept replies

And i don't think mortals can change thread titles
I’ve written to my MP and Assembly twat and i have already had a reply from the IT team
Apparently they are not closing off my prescription orderline account
They are closing an NHS login set up for me when i gave an email address to the klutz that came within seconds of killing me with the pfizer covid booster. In the vaccination centre i was asked for an email address and five minutes later the world went to cock
However, the ‘my health online’ account is unaffected
But at the end of March the my health online app is closing to new subscribers and GP practices are moving to a new app. This will be operated by NHS Wales and will require i set up a new NHS Wales login
Like the one they’re shutting the same day i need it
Fuck me if i wrote this as a script for ‘yes last minister’ they’d reject it as too far fetched
