Nope, it’s the bleeding obvious think. Have you ever been famous?
I did once and it is a weird thing.
No but my mother could wrestle a monkey in a dustbin.

This is comming in England too. It's only a matter of time. I wouldn't be surprised if within the next few years bin collections were reduced to once a month, on environmental grounds of course... Only in Labour councils, I bet. was going to say Green too though not sure they will be around much longer as a political presence.

linkSo they’re cash strapped, perhaps if they didn’t impose 20 mph limits and spend doing something nobody really wanted. Already here. The local ethnics have been quite busy making our streets look like mediaeval middens

My Council is great at emptying the Wheelie Bins, they have just collected our waste this morning , we have 3 240Ltr Bins Grey one for Household Waste, Blue one for Recycle , and Green one for garden waste which they collect every second Saturday, but they charge £70 a year for that one

Where we are it is stand-up general waste bin and stand-up garden waste bin for £60 per year.
Small bins for paper and glass, hard plastics and tins.
