While we have mass immigration and a good lump of that from third world countries we will never be a civilised society again . But look on the bright side. Without immigration from the third world we'd never have had ethnic cuisine, colourfully exotic dress styles and exciting new dance syncopations. How many WANT to look like like a fucking bin liner lefty old bean? Great. So now we can add what people wear to what people look like and how dull they are. Actually, no. But it is significant that in Islam, women are forced to wear certain clothing, usually by some of the men in that religion. Bear in mind that a lot of westernised Muslim women dress quite similarly to the general population. |

Are you claiming that women wear a Burka out of their own freedom of choice?... I'm saying they are free to. Would you like to see dress restricted in the UK? Personally I wouldn't. Government should butt out, none of their business. several countries in Europe have laws restricting what women can wear in public - bans that have been upheld by the ECHR as helping to promote integration. Is integration a worthwhile pursuit? - would UK society be better if we had more integration? |

Good job we're not in the EU then - Andy would hate that.  Is integration a worthwhile pursuit? - would UK society be better if we had more integration? "Integration" should always have been the watchword rather than "Diversity". Having everyone doing their own thing is not the way to a stable society. |
