He is once again spouting nonsense, the NHS is the largest single employer in the UK, only one in five workers is from overseas the rest the bulk of the workforce are British Citizens. The reason we have such a large workforce is to try and deal with the needs of as constantly rising population it is anticipated the population will be at least 70 million in a few years time, the NHS has a large turnover of staff , retirements ,illness, changing jobs, even passing away, as fast as new staff join others are leaving. The amount of money the taxpayers have to stump up every year to keep the NHS afloat and in place is enormous Look at all the money the lefty woke NHS management have pissed against the wall on diversity. That alone would pay for more doctors and nurses.

Seems a bit daft if you ask me.. Yes let get it Clear seeing you don't understand. I said is the Restrictions on training British NHS due to money pinching From the NHS what is right wing . Do you understand now hope that's Clear.

Are a racist, lefty?
Only you keep banging on about race as if anyone else is bothered by it as much as you seem to be.
Dont know what makes me wonder why the immigrants including Europeans Are more reoercented then Ethnic British people .Can you explain that? Think paficio partly expanded it. Can you expand on that more ? Maybe, if I had a clue what you're on about.
Seriously, what's "reoercented" supposed to mean?

The NHS is still spending millions of pounds on diversity roles, a TaxPayers' Alliance investigation revealed. £13 million was spent by just 123 trusts in 2022/23 with the average salary sitting at around £45,000.
Source tax payers alliance.

Well here is just one of many many overpaid under worked GPs swindling the NHS, while on £100,000 salaries, no prosecution, no prison, allowed to return to work. Shamed GP who was suspended for illicitly prescribing drugs to herself and her family is allowed to work again after she attended 'truthfulness' retreat Dr Julia Piper had been banned for nine months by a GP disciplinary tribunal Her suspension was revoked after attending the retreat last November The private GP prescribed medication to two relatives over a 17 year period www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-13073319/GP-suspended-illicitly-prescribing-drugsand there ^^ you have it folks, the NHS help yourself to what you like, it's all FREE
BTW WTF is a 'truthfulness' retreat, that was probably funded by the tax payers.

You are right the NHS comes in at No 7 above that are Amazon, Walmart People, and some nations military might, the problem the NHS will have to face in the future is how it is funded , the taxpayers can only provide so much each year

So when we had restrictions on the amount of medical training when Labour were in power was that 'right-wing'? One of the first things New Labour did was to increase the number of Nurses and Doctors in training. IIRC there was some criticism years later for producing too many Doctors all at once.

How is it misery for right-wingers? Allowing immigration to fill skills gaps is pretty universally supported.
It is unskilled immigration and fake asylum claims (economic migrants) that people have a problem with.
I agree with Labour that we need to train more of our own doctors and nurses (and in every sector), the problem is how to pay for it when we have so much debt. Labour's plan of funding it by removing non-dom status is fairytale economics. The real answer is probably less University courses for pointless degrees and more trade apprenticeships.
