When I ask on here how Brexit has benefit the British population.
Some point to the supposed benefit of Trade
This is the impact of that Benift.
From the Bread & Butter of Britain.
Dover: Slow tractor demo as farmers protest over imports
Gibson said about 30 tractors had gathered on roads around the port but were "dispersed" because police had blocked off many of the roads, adding: "They are not allowing us anywhere near the port."
said protesters wanted to raise awareness of how unfairly farmers were being treated.
He said: "We produce crops to the highest standards in the world, but have to compete with imported foods containing illegal chemicals and the government does trade deals with those countries."
So After Brexit were importing cheap nasty food.
What unfit for human consumption.
Maybe even illegal food .
Can anyone of you Brexiters tell me how this is profiting the British Public.

They are attempting to block imports from the EU.. Well seeing they said the the new trade deals can't see that possible. Dose trade though Dover only come from the EU. Seeing it's the Main port in The UK I'm sure The EU has very stringent food laws so cant See it being from there. And can't remember any action while in EU.

EU to lift its ban on feeding animal remains to domestic livestock This article is more than 2 years old Allowing processed animal protein feed for pigs and poultry, barred since BSE crisis, will address non-EU competition, says Commission

So you are saying that the EU allows the importation of all this nasty food that is unfit for human consumption into their member states in the hope that it is re-exported elsewhere....seems a bit of a stretch tbh.

Thank god we left..

The ones doing the sanctioning can only keep it up for limited periods to make a point, after that it costs them too much. We have similar philosophies to the EU on food quality and are in fact further apart from the US where most things are acceptable. The thing is the EU is a tall hierarchy so the wheels turn slowly, but turn they will. They don't want to piss their citizens off that they can't get their favourite Brit food, or their favourite Brit food has doubled in price.

Rather than look at it piecemeal, look at it like this. Being in the EU is like this, you get up in the morning, someone is there telling you what to wear, have for breakfast, where to work, how hard, how to transport yourself, what you can buy, what you can drive and where, smoke or not, how much tax to pay, indeed, there cant be an area of life that isnt governed by faceless twits.
Instead we can decide for ourselves, but choose not to.
Which would you choose, i know what your reply is to the left, you choose subjugation, a surrender of responsibilty for anything, a brick in the wall, a slave, a mindless blob.
I dont.

They are attempting to block imports from the EU.. Since close to 100% of Uk imports are eirher from the EU or via EU treaties, the UK farmers are complaining about the same issues as the European farmers. Instead of a Brexit benefit, you have a common cause. Still.
