They were built in 1963. They seem OK to me, albeit they need a lick of paint. Paint is about 20 quid a tin, much cheaper than 7500 to boot them out. It's very wasteful. are you on about the high rise flats They are called the Seven Sisters. It's true the council had it earmarked for demolition a long while back but nothing happened until the baby got it, and then they got busy. Most of the people who left with the 7 1/2 grand apparently spent it on drugs. It was known to be a dumping ground for crazy people. |

Yea the Seven sisters are the high rise flats I'm on about there situated at the back of Rochdale Collage. The flats the young lad died are Called freehold like I said . |

Don't know how you Gather that from Street homeless there many reasons why there homelessness and shortage of Houses is low on the list . We can disagree how much effort shortage of housing had on Homelessness. |

Drugs is wide spread across Rochdale and the dealers are Mainly Muslim men . Especially in Class A Drugs. |
