Just in Liverpool for the weekend. Shocking the number of homeless here. Liverpool did a "homes for a pound" scheme 9 years ago.
Unfortunately there were quite a few strings attached to the scheme such as fixing a place up within a year.
But even so, for about £60k expenditure a place could be made nice again.

Just when you started to make the odd post that seemed you were seeing the light, then you go and spoil it just by saying something stupid. Apart from the fact its Liverpool's 'Chinese New Year Celebrations' weekend ... If you would have us believe when it's Liverpool's BIG EVENT, Chinese New Year weekend, but you say all you seen where 'white faces', then absolutely I am calling you a liar, every other face would have been Chinese, you have been caught out.
