The Home Office says the government may not send illegals back to Turkey because it is not a safe country.
Turkey is a member of NATO, a member of the Council of Europe, a member of the ECHR, and a candidate country for EU accession. Yet left wing civil servants at the Home Office say Turkey is not a safe country.
