Gender Recognition Act 2004 has the effect that some trans women (i.e. the very small number who hold a GRC – only a few thousand to date) are deemed for most legal purposes to be women, although exceptions apply.

The Equality Act 2010 forbids discrimination (in various different contexts) on grounds of gender reassignment..

I don't normally reply to you as IMO a waste of time , Non Dom Status is granted by HMRC and has been in place for about 200 years for those who are eligible to claim it, born outside of the UK

You are out of date on Sunak's wife she used to have Non Dom Status and paid the sum set by HMRC , but in order to protect her husbands back from his Political opponents and those who are envious of their wealth or just hate her husband because of his Politics she gave it up.

She now pays millions in income tax every year, more then you or I will ever pay
