And if you lose again when will the next one be? We had one in 75 and everyone accepted the result and got on with it and those who did not were a fringe until well into the 2000s. So the next referendum, to be fair, should be at least 20 years and probably 50.

The referendum we had was post an event of membership and most people did not know what would happen, we have over 40 years of info and people did not like it. What is the difference?
