Just like blair he does seem to suffer from memory lapse.
Starmer is accused of 'trying to erase history' after claiming he never thought Jeremy Corbyn would become Prime Minister despite campaigning to put him in....

So Sir Kier served in Corbyn's shadow cabinet but didn't think he'd win. Why is that a lie?
Given what happened he was correct, although somewhat easier to say after the event.

I think the point is that Labour is full of two-faced liars who cannot be trusted. Those who blindly follow it do so because it's a cult.

In the less than magic roundabout that is Westminster an outright liar will become PM,whilst this is nothing new shouldn’t we be now taking this in to account?
There was a time when people took responsibility when those in the hot seat did the honourable thing and resigned, where are we now? in a place where everyone but those with the power is liable and made to pay the price whilst those at the top either retire on a pension most could only dream of or go on to places in boardrooms or heading up parts of publicly funded bodies given gongs and propelled in to the UK’s comfiest rest home aka the lords.
We have come to a place where failure bordering on criminality is a virtue,to be clear this isn’t an attack solely on Steamer it’s been going on for some time, why was Archer never booted out of the lords? Blair at the least tested by the legal system there are others not just in parliament but the financial world who damn near brought this country down prospering whilst we still pay the price.
Despite the uproar the lies the nothing to do with me guv surrounding the post office scandal rumbles on whilst those affected still wait for recompense some sort of justice where others than the lower ranks will be held to account, they did the same over contaminated blood, the nuclear test veterans and others, yeah there are times when shit happens and the public inevitably pays the bill but at least it should be equitable and affect those at the top and not only the little people.
