Aw bless, he actually thinks he's winning some kind of debate. He must be the stupidest poster I have ever come across…and he is so self unaware that he posts a thread titled “I've always said them that vote Conservative are a stupid” He must have had a ironyoscopy.

If I were given £1 for every time you said that in response to a post instead of generating a genuine argument against it, I could retire and live entirely off the the income generated by you saying "Oh the irony". lol

Well you move in different circles to me if you think the Working class are inundated with degrees.. It actually explains quite a lot.. What does it explains that you don't mix with the working class . Seeing you tried insuating them in socal housing were all unemployed or on Benifits. That attitude sinks of high Class Snobbery You think the Working Class all have Degrees? - really?...

I myself am working class and I know you do not regard me as thick and were you to say otherwise it would be a case merely of you trying to be provocative. I do not have a degree mind you, though when I came of age in the very early 80s working class kids were not encouraged to go to university. So I left school at 16 and entered the labour force in 1981. I might be so bold as to suggest that certainly for my age group, lack of a degree is in no way a sign of lack of intelligence. And I have the intelligence to argue rings around anyone trying to say otherwise. So I think that just maybe in a round about way we are on the same side in recognising that educational qualifications are not a failsafe way of determining intelligence, especially in older age groups for whom going to university was only encouraged for a small minority.

Therein lies the problem that the young aren’t more often guided and helped in to practical skills and why we have a shortage of those skilled in useful employment while those with nobby degrees end up in Costa coffee behind the counter. Wouldn't you think in age of It and advanced technology them with degrees are better them then with them in Engineering and cabinet making who went to Apprenticeships at a young age . What's sadly missing these days. And yeah there is a shortage In them skills these days like I said because the employers don't train to workforce any more. But if your right the lack of a skilled jobs is because of a lack of Education will won't mind more immigration then that fill in that shortage because they must be more Educated then the British if your theory right. The point you are missing here is that there are degrees of degrees if you follow,Science engineering etc. but there are what I refer to as the nobby degrees, photography, soaps, panto, titter ye not they really do exist god help us all. So if push comes to shove and in an emergency who would be most useful an electrician, carpenter, engineer or someone with a degree in taking snaps? If the education system was geared toward practical skills as well as those suited to the more useful degrees then we wouldn’t need to import those skills would we? Sure if you want to take a degree in panto do so but at your own expense from the word go.

I don't actually know of any working class who have degrees - however, unlike totheleft, I dont consider any of them to be thick.

Hi think I know you are you the Guy who Supports Brighton if so Hi Not really missing your point I'm sure even at your age and experience with technology increasing you are learning all the time. Anyway talking about degrees More young people are taking science, technology, engineering, and maths (STEM) subjects at university than ever before, according to statistics published last week by UCAS. Since 2011, there has been an unprecedented growth in students opting to take on STEM subjects such as Computer Science, Engineering, Chemistry, Physics and Biology. This includes a 400% increase in acceptances for students wishing to go on to study Artificial Intelligence courses at university. Acceptances into computer science courses have risen by almost 50%, from 20,420 in 2011 to 30,090 in 2020; and acceptances to engineering courses are up 21% from 25,995 in 2011 to 31,545 in 2020. This is driven by an increase in demand from UK 18-year-olds, suggesting the impact early STEM uptake in schools is having on higher education

However, you will note that in view of the OPs obvious frailties, I did relent and kindly dismantled his points. Just like I often do with you, in fact. I consider it an act of charity.

Oh my some one with a reconinshed disabilty dyslexia makes one stupid in your book guess you think this peroom Stupid Albert Einstein You can’t even string a sentence together . lol. Which part of dyslexia don't you understand Bentley? You've been making snide comments for days now. It's not cool. Would you mock someone for being disabled physically? How about blind? Is that fair game for your scorn? If you can't understand what ttl has written ask for clarity. There's no need to be a dick. Have you any idea what it takes for someone with severe dyslexia to post on a site that is for the written word? If you want to mock ttl's arguments that's fine, it's what we are here for, but attacking his difficulty with writing is below you. Be better.
