If wanting to post a direct quote in quotation marks it is normal behaviour to check the source of the quote , maybe c&p it to get it right and link the source. if one is not that bothered about accuracy would be normal behaviour to post something along the lines of - IIRC X said something like .......... or to paraphrase X ......

The OP was about Trump, that was the gist of the post, not the very short piece of opinion she slipped in. So your contrived position is wrong again. Which doesn't surprise me in the least. One minute it's an 'educated comment' and not her opinion , the next it's 'opinion' Make your mind up Liars need a good memory so they can try to be consistent with lies What's the difference between an educated comment and an opinion? I'm not a US voter so have no say in who has their finger on the nuclear button - frankly their candidates on a ballot paper do not bother to any great extent but I'd not vote for dementia if I had a vote.
