So far, he has been found to be a sexual abuser by a jury in a New York court. It is a matter of official record that he committed sexual abuse. So, no, there's no conviction at this point, just a finding by a New York that he was a sexual abuser, and an order by that court that he pay compensation to the victim of his sexual abuse. |
