It's known as being on remand in the UK on the strength of a member of the public's say so. No trial, just state thugs turn up at his door and take him away. Maybe in China Baron but not in the UK. Only a court can put someone on remand to await trial, and only after there is enough evidence to warrant charging them with a crime |

He will have likely broken a condition or two before, but the likelihood is the litigating bitch is the reason. She probably has a habit of phoning the cops about him and the cops believing every word of it. Family(sic) courts are against men. I do not know anything else except my brother is a friend of his and he was looking to set up a business with him, so he can't be that dodgy as my brother is no fool when it comes to people. He's an electrician by trade and wants to move out of Manchester. We're not talking about some crazy nutter here. Family Courts do not deal with allegations of Domestic Violence their remit as such it is an independent and confidential and is open to any respondent or applicant who identifies as a victim of domestic abuse. Priority is given to people representing themselves and private family law cases involving child disputes and protective orders, they try and mediate between the two parties be it the mother or husband who seeks their guidance. You are guessing what may or may not have happened, so how can you come to any logical conclusion, when it comes to Domestic Violence a Criminal Court deals with such allegations for the simple fact far too many women are seriously injured or even murdered every week, it is also a fact that many men are injured or even killed by their other half, that is why there are Battered Womens Refuges and the same for men I know the difference between what Family Courts say in their spiel and what they actually do. They protect the woman and put the man in prison. Yes I am aware I do not have all the details and will most likely never have them, but even so I can build up a picture of what kind of animal these systems are. It is possible to gain understanding with incomplete knowledge. We do this statistically, and see that it is unlikely men are always to blame, yet they get the punishments and the women get the rewards. This is why the fertility rate in Britain is so low. Men do not want to marry a litigating lying bitch who could land them in prison, taking evidence on her mobile phone like a Stasi officer, so they stay away from them, and you end up with loads of single women, and children in state institutions being punished as well. To be taken into care is like being put in prison. It's the same with mental heath cases. They are put into solitary confinement, which is even worse.
Our state is becoming ever less moral. it's revering back to feudal times.

I don't even know his name. It's someone my brother knows as an acquaintance of other Mancs he knows. Actually my brother first met the first of these Mancs over in Malta. I lived there for 12 years so I have prior experience. At one time my brother was planning on moving there but I put him off the idea! It's a hellhole of shit.

Would I be likely to hear any more than anyone say in a pub of his friends or whatnot? People don't analyse things in such detail. They just see loads of blokes abused over wanting to see their children and courts discriminating against them. It's the same thing as the concept of jailbait which was the slang description of a 15-yearold tart who could easily be disguised to look above 16 with makeup and beer goggles. It adds risk to the equation. Unless there is a very good reason to marry and have kids it is better for the bloke to stay away, or else he will have his kids, be jailed for seeing them and have to pay the woman too, for zero benefit and a load of grief. A prossie would be cheaper. |
