How much do you think our pensioners should receive per anum? Sorry didn't see that post. I think lower than the rate of increase There receiving now. Think it Scanbeless what they Receive now. When you think them working in the public Services get a lower rate of pay increase. Also think the Pension should be Means tested. Like Unemployment benefits are. |

WeLL i was self Employed before I took early retirement. And was in top Bracket for Tax rate . Probley paid in more taxes then you. I'd no idea that village idiot was such a well paid position. |

I have read the OP, and tbh I'm less than clued up on old age pensions. Mrs R and I are not yet 'old age' pensioners. I'm 64 so will qualify in two maybe three years by which time the population will have increased by another million people who have never paid one thin penny into a system that is paying them £billions every year.
