The Mental health issue is one of the reasons a professional Army should be disbanded and replaced by a territorial army. Well the Russians aint doing so well in the Ukrain are they lefty old bean? |

But if the Ukrainians are doing so well Especially with all the latest modern warfare equipment the western nations have give them they would of pushed the Russians out by now. |

Red I'm sure you known for a long time I've abdicated that the Regular Miltary forces should be disbanded. Why do you think so many ex forces personall have mental health problems. That lead to drug& thi;Alco abuse that in a lot of causes lead to a high level of homeless for ex service personal. Think it was in 2001 the true facts was revealed how many ex forces personal was in prison for serious crime like murder or Rape. |

Why do you think so many ex forces personall have mental health problems. That lead to drug& thi;Alco abuse that in a lot of causes lead to a high level of homeless for ex service personal. Think it was in 2001 the true facts was revealed how many ex forces personal was in prison for serious crime like murder or Rape. Then you're a bloody fool. There is no substitute for professional armed forces, I wouldn't expect you to understand and I'm not getting into a protracted discussion about it. |

Bought on by their service in Armed forces? That the simple reason I think it should be disbanded Their undoubtedly a higher %of people who suffer from Mental illness in the Armed forces then Another professional career. |

I have friends who served, one who saw colleagues blown up in Iraq. Another friend survived being shot in Afghanistan.
We need the Army, we need men who will go through hell to keep us safe.
The problem is we're governed by morons who do not respect our soldiers. You have absolutely no idea and would make matters worse.
Consider Afghanistan.
Taliban were beaten, they'd been booted out of power.
Enough time and the lunatics would have died out, replaced by an educated people.
Now due to cowardly surrender monkeys including David Cameron and Donald Trump and Joe Biden the clock is reset. There will be more trouble from Afghanistan and it will be necessary to reinvade.
You would tie the hands of our soldiers out of some pacifistic agenda.

Don't wont to upset you or red with this Remark they know the possible consequences when they sign up . Has for Conscripts they Proven very effective for the British and Rusians against the professional well trained forces of Germany in ww2. And taking of them conflicts you mentioned didn't the TA. Work alongside the trained forces and we're adequate. |
