Woke: An umbrella term for self-righteous, left-wing ideologues obsessed by (often artificial) social justice issues relating to race, sexuality or gender. The woke consider themselves custodians of the moral high ground. Typical woke behaviours include advocating for the special treatment of minorities, denigration of the white working class and the promotion of mental illnesses as the norm. Woke is a politically correct narrative based on Marxist principles and is therefore intolerant to challenge. There, I think that pretty much covers it.  It's also a way for the Marxists to terrorise minorities with wild and ignorant claims that they're in danger if they don't support the looney left in exchange for protection.
