Complete bollocks. Most generations are the same . I don’t see any real difference between young people , middle aged people and old people from when I was a youth. That’s why older people will always have the advantage over young people . They can speak from experience . Excellent! We won't be hearing any more BS about the woke younger generation, then. You never have from me . The youth of the 20th century were fed bullshit just as much as the youth of 21st century. It took two world wars for the ordinary person to start to realise that it was bullshit . |

All this caring about each other and the environment is a symptom of a society in terminal decline. Make up your mind. I think Whoiney is remembering his sectarian roots.  I fully accept that not all of your generation were football hooligans, Squeaky. But not all of the current younger generation are extreme woke, either. It's weird hearing lectures from your generation when they were far worse than the current one, though. Taking the knee against racism in this country was a reaction to the "knee on the neck" death of George Floyd under the knee of a police officer. What racism in this country? FFS if you honestly think this country is racist, then it's you who has the problem. It suits you to believe that racism doesn't exist in Britain, until it can be used to denigrate your opponents - eg antisemitism in the Labour party - when of course it is suddenly everywhere. lol |
