11.9 million Winter Fuel Payments including Pensioner Cost of Living Payments have gone out across the UK, the Department for Work and Pensions - or DWP - has said.
99 per cent of all eligible pensioner households have received the payment, worth up to £600, to help with energy bills and household budgets this winter.
The support – worth over £4.8bn – comes on top of the biggest State Pension increase on record, and a commitment to a further increase next April.
Great Britain now has more than 3 million over-65s living in millionaire households.
It's Unbelievable that this Government Is putting Millionaires before the General public again .
When you Consider the working households Have to go to food banks and go heavily in dept because they can't afford the standard cost of living .
It's scandalous the Government put Millionaires first.

So
1) what is a ‘millionaire household’
2) where is your evidence that £600 has gone to a single person over 65 LIVING IN SUCH A HOUSEHOLD
Asking as a man in receipt of state pension who hasn't received a fucking penny over that apart from the fucking insulting tenner Christmas present that has not gone up fir 51 years.

The £600 goes to a household whether it's a single house hold or a CoUple house hold there no difference in payments. Has for the £10 Christmas bonus it's the same for them claiming disability benefits. Unemployment people don't receive a penny they use to post 2010 but it stopped now. And working households don't receive a penny in Christmas bonus. So don't know how you can complain about that. Let's also throw this into the Mix the same Millionaire pension household received record state payment pension what was last April increase 13%? Not even them working for the public Services receive such increase in pay increase . And your moaning about the free Christmas bonus millionaire pensioners receive LOL.

I’m not ‘complaining’.
I’m saying if what you allege is true, why am i, a person for whom the receipt of a state pension - which is my right after over 40 years of paying fucking national insurance - has pushed my overall income into the fucking 40% tax bracket, NOT getting a fucking penny of this.

I don't quite understand what your sorry Are you saying your state pension has pushed you into the 40% threshold? It so what you mean by not getting a penny of what the £600 cost of living payment and winter fuel experiences? If so your only part of the1% of pensioners not Receiving it. And if you are a part of that 1% you must be so well off can't understand why your complaining.

I’m not SORRY about anything.
I am, however, if the opinion you are either badly advised as to reality, or misrepresenting it deliberately
You see, my problem with your opening post is that i am, as of right, currently in receipt of a state pension. And i have not received this extra payment.
The NICEST thing i can say, having looked at the government website and seen weasel words therein about ‘those in receipt of a state pension WHO ARE ENTITLED to receive this additional payment need do nothing…. rather strongly suggests there are those who are in receipt of a state pension who are NOT.

So 1) what is a ‘millionaire household’... I suspect it's something that TTL pulled out of his arse. Much like the rest of his dribblings.

This idea of giving winter payments in cash was always pretty stupid, like most of Gordon Brown's ideas. Brown just loved the welfare state.

Well Ive taken the time (5 Minutes ) to fill in the form on the age UK website and am entitled to £0 in extra payments with regard pension top ups . It would appear the ONLY pensioners who will get these payments are those already on pension credits ,disability ,PIP ect or those with no savings or rather savings less than £10,000. So it is in fact a top up for poor pensioners without a pot to piss in rather than millionaires or anyone in fact who has just managed to squirrel away a few quid during their working lives and maybe paid off the mortgage on their humble abode

If your inrecite of state pension you get it automatically in your bank. And don't understand why your not inrecite of state pension no matter how much money you got in savings there no cap on state pension scheme. But there a cap on state pension credits. Check your bank the extra £600 goes from today.

I haven't claimed anything ,I used the age UK website to see if I would be entitled to anything IF I were to claim as a pensioner with my own home and some savings (over £10K) Which I guess is where most pensioners would be who have been homeowners during their working lives and refutes your claim that millionaire pensioners are getting extras . They are not .
