Ok she has a gob on her and could’ve been arrested for a public order offence in the vid below imo.
She wasn’t though she was arrested for saying a bloke in a dress isn’t a woman, personally I don’t give a rats how anyone dresses or identifies but I don’t think it criminal to say you’re not a real woman.
There's a bloke in my neck of the woods who occasionally appears looking like desperate Dan in a dress, feel a bit sorry for him for the abuse he gets which is unnecessary live and let live I say but I’m not committing a crime by saying he’s a bloke because he is.
Anyway she went on GB news and got arrested the day after, fingerprinted dna taken held and questioned for five hours before being released no charge.
All a bit mad isn’t it? And it isn’t the cops fault they’re following the law.

Without knowing the real facts about whether she was arrested and if so exactly what for, it is a little hard to comment on this story.

Do you think it's an arrestable crime to point out any of the accepted facts of human biology? After all, those running the establishment trans movement obviously believes it's transphobic to do so.

As I say I would want to find out what if anything has actually happened here. I doubt if she would be arrested for simply stating her opinion.

It is clear this person feels strongly about an issue. She is of course entitled to do so. She has made claims about an arrest and the reasons for it that cannot be independently verified and could be seen as furthering her political objectives. I’ll suspend judgement in respect of this matter until some corroboration is available.

She has been persecuted by the industry and the police and put through a humiliating ordeal. Even though they couldn't charge her it's a clear message to anyone else who dares to challenge this totalitarian state. Fear is the motivator.

I repeat I don’t care what people identify as and shouldn’t be subject to verbal or physical violence for that choice,by the same token people who don’t wish to recognise how you identify if they confine themselves to voicing an opinion shouldn’t either.

If misgendering isn't a crime, how could she have been arrested for being transphobic as the title of your thread claims?

Is misgendering someone a hate crime? If simply 'misgendering' someone is a hate crime, hate crimes are committed on a daily basis on this forum. I don't know whether it is a hate crime. I've checked Google. I've only been able to find people asking whether transphobia should be a hate crime on platforms like Reddit and Twitter.
