The bodies of four teenage boys, who disappeared after travelling to north Wales for a camping trip, have been found inside an overturned and partly submerged car. Jevon Hirst, Harvey Owen, Wilf Fitchett and Hugo Morris, who were college students aged between 16 and 18, had travelled to Snowdonia at the weekend where they had planned to camp overnight - linkWhat an absolute tragedy, I can only assume that due to the car being upside down and filling with water they were panicking and struggling to unclip seatbelts. They were little more than kids.

Yes tis very sad,we don’t know the full facts but when you’re young you do stupid things and get away with it usually, going back over five decades and a big group of us all totally ratted and do we walk back down the road from the pub or take the short cut in the pitch black down the railway line. No brainier, and we didn’t have any as a train came steaming round a bend and how we got off the track god knows and must’ve given the driver nightmares.

I was thinking the oldest lad was only born in 2005. What a sad waste of their lives. The parents must be devastated. R.I.P. lads.

Very difficult to know probably would landed on its roof, the impact alone might have caved in the roof making a couple of them unconscious, if fallen against a bank or slope one side of the car doors would not open. We don't know if it had multiple bangs and collisions going down into the ditch. Nor do we know if all were wearing belts nor the car model. A tragedy and freak accident.
