As I said at the time how was she going to identify which is which. She did not, she was displaying the options that homeless had other avenues of and giving tents out did not help combat choice rough sleeping. Then she was lying to you. |

Those tents are empty on freezing cold nights, high winds, cold months, if you hang around the 'tent' people occupy them about 6 in the morning, and leave about 12 at night, so where do they go in-between?

I see your point, if you believe that being homeless is a lifestyle choice. Sometimes it is , sometimes it’s a result of a lifestyle choice , sometimes it’s not . Tent cities are not solution either way. Trouble is there is no easy solution, but shortage of housing and its cost certainly doesn't help. |
