The problems stem from 1997, the fact the Tories and others have continued this sorry farce, bolstered by an MSN coopeted to the task is a tragedy. Policing of situations is supposed to be even handed. A multitude of people thought the marches are both divisive, racist and intolerant and that easily passes the threshold recommended by McPherson of when to act. We had one complaint as regards the BNP and two people were sent to court for saying things far less abusive and far less intimidating. EDL marches were routed to car parks and kettled or banned outright on the grounds they were intimidating and disruptive. I remember the cries from the left to have them banned outright. Now here we are with anti Jewish protests immersed in the protests and intimidation and thuggery being to the fore and the police are tending to ignore it. |

I'm suspicious, because she's still in a position of power when others would be driven out, but at the same time I actually like her. I'm suspicious, because she's still in a position of power when others would be driven out, but at the same time I actually like her. She certainly exposes the irrational and fanatical lunacy from the Left. But then I don't believe for a minute, your every problem in life stems from the Left of politics, I think you just like to see it that way, because basically you have no control over them. I don't see a problem with them peacefully demonstrating over very obvious wrongs created somewhere in the halls of power, they did it under Covid and have been proven right. They have also been proven wrong over unfettered illegal immigration. So you don't win them all. |
