Councils are bringing in a parking tax on the make of your car and its emmisions, they know what the emissions are because the info is stored and they have access.
The two party system is out of date, we need something else, kick the reds blues yellows out, this sountry is as corrupt as it comes. In all ways, the least fit to lead are leading us.

Indeed Piglet - ULEP - that's ultra low emission PARKING! linkAnd Labour councils are dead keen on it. Can you imagine what it's going to be like with a Labour government.

It’s a simple enough thing to fix
DONT shop there
The traders will soon learn the lesson.
If you tell them you’ve bought from someone else.

Labour the party of stealth taxes, the worst kind you can have, because it's the less well off who get punished the most.

You should all be moaning at the car manufacturers who have for decades been selling us poison spewing cars and raking in the profits knowing it was contributing to global warming.
I get my milk from a local milkmen who is driving a 80 year old milk float and still going strong.
That's 80 years where technology in this area has moved.

Bring it on ,we wont have to put the heating on which of course will reduce pollution . You do realise that Milk floats use electricity don't you ? I get my milk from the local shop which I walk to , I even try not to breath or fart while doing so in case there is a global warming sniper hiding in the hedgerow

My point is clear if we had the technology 80 years ago why have we not improved it since then? Remember mobile phones or bricks as we used to call them.

The thing is we didn't have the technology 80 years ago . High cost , low range and low speed haunted the development until quite recently . Even now though the costs are coming down they are finding problems with battery life and even the much publicised low pollution has question marks against it I never had a mobile phone until quite recently ,clients not to mention the wife being able to contact me day and night filled me with horrors .

Mobile phones, originally, were very cumbersome and only just in some cases portable (they had staps) but it less than a decade until we had smart phones and all the benefits therein. It is true milk float sare vey low tech but given our ingenuity they should be much more advanced by now, if there was a will.
