The car is becoming the impulse murder tool of the sick in mind. Even if the perpetrator spends the rest of their miserable life in jailbound squalor it isn't going to bring that girl back and it's unlikely to deter others from similar attacks. I have no clever solutions but we need something to identify and deal with those that feel it's their right to kill those that offend them before they get to kill. |

A man aged 27 years has been charged with her Murder, GBH and motoring offences, a second man aged 28 has also been arrested in connection with the murder
