50% Hamas & 50% Likud. Hamas are responsible for their violence. Both Hamas and Likud need the conflict in order to keep power. But the murder of 700+ Israeli civilians cannot go unpunished. Hamas are responsible for their violence, that is not the point. If, England kept encroaching on Welsh land and 'stealing their houses, beating up and killing their residents and attacking their churches, would the Welsh not be 'entitled' to 'retaliate or should they just accept the status quo?

Israel have been attacking and subjugating the Palestinians for decades. Israel have been responding aggressively to Hamas for decades. And, in case you haven't noticed, 700+ civilians murdered by Hamas the other day. What are Israel supposed to do about that, nothing? We should never have allowed the buggers back into Palestine British Mandate. We should have handed them somewhere line Uganda. Bonus if we had Idi Amin wouldn’t have been the pain in the arse he became…

Your comparison is bollocks Red Rum. For over 100 years the Jews have been under attack for simply living there. Once Dhimmitude was abolished by the Ottomans and the First Aaliyah began, the Al Husseini clan began attacking the Jews. Yasser Arafat was an Al Husseini. Amin Al Husseini, the Grand Mufti of Jerusalem, was his uncle. Who was Amin Al Husseini? Chap on the left, he was a friend of Hitler and knew about the death camps. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Amin_al-Husseini

260+ victims of this attack were attending the Supernova peace festival.
What kind of morons murder hundreds of innocent peace concert goers?

(Jerusalem) – Fifty years after Israel occupied the West Bank and Gaza Strip, it controls these areas through repression, institutionalized discrimination, and systematic abuses of the Palestinian population’s rights, Human Rights Watch said today.

Chap on the left, he was a friend of Hitler and knew about the death camps. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Amin_al-Husseini"In 1920, Britain assumed responsibility for Palestine under a League of Nations Mandate. During the next two decades, over 100,000 Jews entered the country. The British Army's operations in Palestine during this period were mainly directed against militant Arab groups who were opposed to this mass Jewish immigration. Violence reached a height with the Arab Revolt of 1936-39". Since then the Israeli's have been expanding their territory and displacing peoples that have lived there for centuries. The western nation condemns this but does nothing about the murder of innocent people.

And Hamas don't? They're both doing bad. Hamas are bad, I have no problem with that but do you expect them to just accept Israeli treatment of Palestinians? Would you?

Consider Yasser Arafat. He achieved far more by talking and recognising the Israelis than he ever did with terrorism. And now all of that is being undone by Hamas.

"Hamas need to abandon terrorism it does not work. " You don't agree then with the old adage that yesterday's terrorist is today's freedom fighter and tomorrow's statesman? Well its an adage but does it prove that terrorism works? - I'd suggest not. It worked for him.

Did I say "only"? No I didn't. But they are the ones who got Netanyahu off the hook (he was facing prosecution for corruption and should have been removed from office). He was being dragged through the courts. apnews.com/article/israel-netanyahu-corruption-trial-courts-4e18ed8f34e65707bd47e37696da4705This assault has almost certainly played into his hands and given him wriggle room. Because whilst there's a state of war, and a serious war at that, how are the courts going to drag him to justice when he can argue, "I haven't got time for this we're at war". I've said for a long time, Hamas and Likud need each other, they need the conflict as it gets their respective people off their backs. Hamas because the Palestinians want to know where the money went, and Likud because the Israelis want to know where the money went. Crooks.

Outright condemnation for those attacking, which I agree with, but not one word against the Israeli tyranny and invasion.
