No, I'm saying all the university intellectuals I know support the EU. Not surprised you know no one who supports it. That is largely because university intellectuals on average have a vested interest in being part of the EU. The EU is a boon for those white collar workers and and not so good for blue collar workers on average. So it is not surprising that there is a disparity. It has little to do with intellectual capacity and mostly to do with how the EU effects each group. yep the real money earners for the country knew how important the EU was for our economy |

And that was at the expense of the man in the street. The only advantage the man in the street had was there were more of him and his vote counted as equal to an intellectual's. |
