Answer the question then Red. How many men have been given a year off on full pay suffering from the male menopause. Roughly. Is in in the thouands, the hundreds, the tens, five three one none? Remember this is apparently THE REASON why you wish to privatise the NHS at the same time as nationalising utility companies and the railways, so presumably this is a MASSIVE issue. I have no idea how many men the NHS have signed off sick with 'male menopause'. The fact that the woke NHS are even prepared to say a man can go through the menopause should suggest to anyone with an IQ in double figures that something has gone spectacularly wrong, and this is after decades of successive governments throwing hundreds of £billions at it. Throwing more money at the NHS will not sort it out, it desperately needs massive top down reform and in my opinion that will only happen through privatisation.

Another problem is "Long Covid" which affects NHS workers, civil servants and those on salaries. It does not affect the self employed.

Throwing more money at the NHS will not sort it out, it desperately needs massive top down reform and in my opinion that will only happen through privatisation. No NHS Trust - they run separately - has said that men can go through the menopause. That is just the usual tabloid clickbait headline lies. The truth is further down in the story. A couple of NHS Trusts have policies in respect of the Andropause which is a condition that can affect men, similar in some respects to the female menopause but very different in many others. The policies suggest that men suffering from this condition working in a small number of NHS Trusts will get help to cope and in very extreme cases where the condition makes it impossible to work , they may be eligible for sick leave. No one to the best of my knowledge has even found an example of a man who has suffered such an extreme case and hence received sick pay. yet again you have allowed yourself to be liked to and manipulated by the tabloids promoting their political agenda. With respect Red, you long ago ceased having opinions of your own. You just parrot back whatever opinions GB News instructs you to hold blissfully unaware of the irony that you obediently favour nationalisation of some organisations and privatisation of others. All very amusing but honestly don't expect to be taken seriously.

“andropause” is defined as a syndrome associated with a decrease in sexual satisfaction or a decline in a feeling of general well-being with low levels of testosterone in older man.
I think many of self employed would find a way to push through the pain of this condition.

I think it is guaranteed that this will be another disease that only workers in the public sector are in any danger of catching..
