Remove equality and diversity staff from HR.
Hire more of the following in their place:
Vascular neurologists.
Heart specialists.
Cancer specialists.

Why would you cut fertility treatments during a population crisis?
We have a severe shortage of children already, and fertility rates are dropping off a cliff because of all the shit in our diets / environment!!

The only population crisis we have is that there is too many people We can't produce enough food meaning imported processed crap and the environment can't cope with the population as it is nor can our infrastructure . So yes Vinny is on the ball , NHS = emergency and illness everything else go somewhere else and pay for it |

The economic model of the next generation paying for everything is failing , government borrowing is becoming unsustainable as is allowing mass migrations to mask the problem . At some point society is going to have to man up and pay its own way , pay its own pensions and enough taxes/insurance to cover its own healthcare . To just keep increasing populations is madness ,there has to be a better way than that |

This will of course be controversial, but in my opinion the only way to sort out the NHS is to privatise it. Never thought I'd say that, but I recently read an item about 'male' NHS employees taking a year off on paid sick leave due to 'male menopause'. The only way to stop this sort of insanity is to privatise it.

The only way to stop this sort of insanity is to privatise it. I saw that too - some NHS trusts allowing men (biological and/or whatevers they choose this week) to take up to a fully paid year off with the non clinically recognised ''male'' menopause (ie getting fat/moobs/tired and poor sex life) . Once they are back they'll get ''mental health'' ( ie the new bad back) |

I had a friend who worked for the police . His wife was an HSA in the NHS.
They both took months and months if leave over a few years due to ‘stress’.
While my friend was suffering this ‘ stress’ he worked at his landscape gardening business .
Neither of them suffered from stress.

Answer the question then Red. How many men have been given a year off on full pay suffering from the male menopause. Roughly. Is in in the thouands, the hundreds, the tens, five three one none?
Remember this is apparently THE REASON why you wish to privatise the NHS at the same time as nationalising utility companies and the railways, so presumably this is a MASSIVE issue.
