The Labour party will of course celebrate this as the biggest thing since sliced bread, but what they wont shout about it the fact that Rutherglen and Hamilton west have a history of flip flopping between the SNP and Labour. I have to say, I havent heard what 'Humza McYousaf' has to say about it, thus far.
