At least two years IMO that is why the Government added to the legislation to reduce the level of noise caused by a band or size of music system on a protest march and a set time to shut it down, he was static and later used a microphone with speakers he caused to Government to react to the noise he produced day in day out, eventually the Police had the authority to seize it |
