It is a fact that the general academic achievement obtained was closely correlated to the way people voted but obviously that doesn't mean there were not exceptions both ways.
What do I miss most about the EU? - the right to live and work where I choose - whether in the UK or in Europe - and the economic prosperity that membership gave us immediately spring to mind.
To ask the corollary question. How has your life improved as a result of leaving the EU?

Speaking for myself I haven't noticed the slightest difference, given the fact we've had a World pandemic, a war in Ukraine the UK seems to recovering a lot quicker than any EU member state, if the UK were still part of the EU we would be ordered to contribute more money because our economy was doing better than most, and that is why the EU had the UK onboard.

Maybe so, but that didn't stop the thickos amongst you from saying how clever they were, or how racist Brexiteers are. That kind of reporting and propaganda cuts both ways I'm afraid. You still can apply for a visa to live and work in another country. Many people don't have the opportunity to, or couldn't afford to do that even with FoM. It just goes to show the type of folk who remainers are.

...Apart from the obvious thicko's in the group, the other notable mob having a hissy fit were those of 60+ throwing a wobbly because they don't get to easily live in Spain for 6 months of the year anymore. The well-off types, the middle-class who couldn't give a feck about anyone else. These people don't care what happens to Britain, so long as they have the ability to come and go from the continent as they please. Selfish gits. A type quite easily recognisable on here.

A feeling of immense satisfaction that voting actually makes a difference.

One's already admitted that in this very thread.

The organisers of the Protest expected thousands to attend as they have in the past, it is estimated that only about 2,000 turned up, perhaps the others were on holiday in Spain, Greece or France to watch the Rugby Since Brexit finally happened after years of waiting, I can still travel anywhere I like as I did before we were taken into the EU without being asked

I can hold my own politicians to account since they no longer have the EU excuse.
I am no longer ruled over by an unelected cabal that I can't vote out.
And the long-term prospects of this country have improved immeasurably now that we are no longer shackled to the moribund EU.
I think that's quite enough to be going on with.

When I listened to them carping on about Spain my immediate thought was, selfish gits. My immediate thought is ''well you voted for Brexit, you should have considered the consequences a bit more thoroughly. Fuckwits''.

LOL!
Although it's really irrelevant how many turn up since the number of attendees is always numbered in the thousands or tens of thousands while those who didn't turn up are always numbered in millions.

The only fuckwits we have in the UK are the still in mourning remnants, the consequences are all good.

I think that's quite enough to be going on with. The last three are theoretical at best and unlikely to have improved your life I suspect. Many would argue that they are factually wrong. The first point, well I dont know what you do, so it is possible that this works for you as an individual. Overall though it seems that most of us are substantially worse off financially as a result of leaving. All fairly irrelevant now as the decision was made, we shot ourselves in the foot and we now have no option to reverse our decision.

The only reason we are worse off because the EUSSR put all their eggs in the same basket and trusted a total lying prick like putin.
