Your track record here and on the old place Fairsociety is you like throwing unprovoked abusive comments at me if I counter your views. Given that if you want to make a joke best you add something like a frankly I do not believe you intended that comment as anything other than a jibe I note that you could not counter the point at hand which was why Samantha Markle was suspended and later banned from Twitter Total lies I avoid you like the plague for the above reasons ^^ you pretend you're being harassed by certain members so you can go whinge bagging to the mods, it's your MO, I tried to have a bit of banter with you, but it's a dead loss, my advice to most posters would be not to engage in any debate with you, you are nasty poster full stop. |

Well there is unique law applying to maritime employees and anyway many maybe most of those were legally not employed in the UK. P&O didn't break criminal law but their actions not likely not in accordance with the legal rights of their employees however they've paid them off. Twitter would have considerable employment law legal immunity IF they're letting go less than 100 in the UK but we'll see. My suspicion is Musk's team have just assumed US law works everywhere, it doesn't. |
