www.bbc.co.uk/news/health-65914934Maybe this type of research is necessary if we're going to successfully colonise Mars and the Moon? Synthetic embryos created in Labs on Mars and the Moon that are adapted to the lower gravity? Embryos capable of maturing into viable adults capable of breeding? Maybe Musk would like to devote some of his billions to the research?

Ok lab coat time
The newspaper articles i have read suggest the process they use advances beyond the point the ‘embryo’ they create could viably embed itself in a uterine wall. I tend to agree given the model includes artificial placental cells that con the model embryo into thinking it is hooked up
Frankly, i’m almost terrified to find if the cell cluster survives gastrulation. It was a foulup at that stage that derailed emma and that caused all sorts of problems. Suffice to say we were denied the fairytale happy ending the writers of Holby City gave Jaq when they chose to have the character endure our real life hell of 1988
