Ulez hypocrisy: Ed Davey voted for Ulez, but asked for an EXEMPTION in his own constituency.Liberal Democrat leader Ed Davey has been mocked for hypocrisy over the expansion of the Ultra Low Emission Zone. While the LibDems supported the expansion of the tariff across London, Davey has since come out to ask for an exemption for his own constituency of Kingston and Surbiton. Why? The GB news lie this time around was not that Davey had sought to mitigate the effect of ULEZ in his constituency, it was that the Lib Dems had supported the introduction of ULEZ in its current form. It’s simply not true.
The Libs proposed a motion in the London Assembly calling for a delay in implementation and a better scrappage scheme. Tory and Labour voted it down. The Libs introduced a motion to the HoC calling for delay and better scrappage scheme. Tory and Lab voted it down. LD councillors campaigned against its implementation. Tap in Lib Dems and ULEZ into Google and the truth is out there.
So why did GB News lie yet again. Why did they allow Rackham to make a fool of himself yet again regurgitating their lies. How could a news organisation get it so wrong yet again. Well let’s face the reality. They are not a news organisation. The job of a news organisation is to give their customers the facts. Their customers can form their opinions based on those facts. GB News doesn’t bother with facts. They just present their lies to the gullible who want to be brainwashed and radicalised and controlled by their lies. Over and over again.
