I tend to agree, but ever the optimist I see it as a dim and distant shaft of light on an otherwise dark and woke horizon.

My guess is far fewer than those officers with BNP/EDL sympathies. The greater improvement will be the ability of Police chiefs to dismiss officers found guilty of serious misconduct…

in the year ending 31 March 2022, there were 516,684 stop and searches in England and Wales (not including vehicle searches)
there were 27.2 stop and searches for every 1,000 black people, compared with 5.6 for every 1,000 white people

Your really do need to get out into the world and take your blinkers off, the Police, have been ordered to attend all sorts of Diversity Training for a long time , so have Civil Servants, and those working in the Public Sector , Council Workers including Park Keepers , NHS etc at least once every year . As for Stop and Search the Met Police had that power and authority over a hundred years ago, members of the Black Community in London want more stop and searches to take place as its their kids that are being murdered or seriously injured by mainly other Black kids youths, or shot,

My post is based on government stats… My post is factual I live in the real world I know what the stats are , perhaps you should look up the ethnicity of convicts in prison are , why are so many black youngsters and men in prison for very serious crimes ? and why are so many in the cemetery having been stabbed or shot to death mainly by other black youths and men

Today, even the Home Secretary is concerned about the impartiality and training received by such bodies as the Police. She is asking the His Majesty's Chief Inspectorate of Constabulary and Fire & Rescue Services, through the Chief Inspector, to consider (among other concerns):
• The quality and impartiality of associated training provided to implement such policies and processes, and by which organisation(s) this is delivered; • Whether there are systemic issues that prevent policing from being, or being seen to be, impartial, especially in contentious matters
The findings may not be what she is wanting...
A new report by experts from The University of Manchester and barrister Keir Monteith KC has raised urgent questions about racial attitudes and practices in the justice system in England and Wales. Although the judiciary wields enormous power over individuals, its operations are alarmingly underscrutinised, and one area that has remained largely beyond examination is judicial racial bias.
“We have serious concerns about impunity and the failure to address racial disparities in the criminal justice system, deaths in police custody, ‘joint enterprise’ convictions, and the dehumanising nature”, of the so-called ‘stop and search’ policing strategy, the UN Working Group of Experts on People of African Descent said in a statement at the end of an official visit to the UK.
Urgent action needed to tackle deep rooted and persistent racial disparities in policing

I am already aware of the above the Police and other Public Bodies are always under the microscope by outside bodies and rightly so, then you have the serial complainers and and armchair experts , some because of their political beliefs some are justified some are not some are made to further their own ends The biggest miscarriage of Justice in the UK that I have ever seen was brought about by the Post Office charging Post Officers with wholesale Theft and Fraud I posed a question to you in my previous post , you did not even bother to attempt to answer it with your opinion,
