I doubt Scottish nationalists think they dodged a bullet, they did get on the wrong battle bus though, which cost them dearly in more ways than one.

£800k I wonder how many motorhomes that could buy? Seriously their real issue is the same as all major parties: declining membership. Their polling is down but not fatally so. |

No party can be trusted enough to make it worth being a member in my opinion. And you are very much not alone in that as we see with long term declining major party membership. All parties are broad churches which means they all have a few policies (and leading figures) I could not abide any association with.  |

I vote on a use it or lose it basis, it would be a tragedy if we ever lost the vote.
But, each election, it's difficult to see anyone worth voting for, plenty of alternatives to vote against though.
So I do what I can to pick the best of a bad bunch.

I tend to vote Lib Dem purely to give a message to the two major parties that they're not good enough
