The problem is that you seem unable to grasp the site has no AI system.
I found the exact place to complain that a product made me ill, was faulty or was not as described in six button clicks. Youvstart at tbe main site, use the menu (three lines) to go to help and support - contact us.
From there you see two dialogs one asks you what area you want to talj about. Select products. That brings you to a number of links one of which is ‘a product i bought has made me ill’ which brings up a medsage that they're sorry to hear that (yeah right) and then offers the option of a time wasting web chat, or an email form to supply the details.
i actually screen grabbed the various forms. If you are still having issues with this fantasy that there is an AI involved here then i could always push them to imgbb and show you what you should have done.

Sometimes we just have to understand that different people's brains can be wired very differently. Morrisons, when designing their website with multiple options menus will have tried their best to suit as many brain wirings as possible. However, they can't please all of the people all of the time.

Sometimes we just have to understand that different people's brains can be wired very differently. Morrisons, when designing their website with multiple options menus will have tried their best to suit as many brain wirings as possible. However, they can't please all of the people all of the time. If food can't be reported as causing food poisoning in Morrisons I think their customers should know the additional food safety hazards imposed on them. No correction of problems means those who supply this food will carry on without trouble. I've a good mind to write to trading standards as they have the intelligence (unlike John) to know the hazard I'm trying to prevent here.
