I don't think you have thought much of this through, whereas the hierarchy at new Labour did long ago, when they became big globalists, the rich can move themselves and money around globally whenever they feel like it, just like the Blair does. Even the Royals take full advantage of it, while of course commiserating with the plight of the plebs. I know ten times as many rich people as you do and I can tell you they wont move business if it makes money, they wont move home because they love their fabulous houses, their golf clubs and family and friends. Instead they lobby government not to change the status quo and pay the press to tell the idiots they'll leave if taxes go up. Well in that case you would also know they have houses all around the world and the people who really have the money you couldn't get near if you wanted too. |

There are 30% more over 85 year olds in the UK than in the 1950's and they are using up all the NHS's resources. In the meantime our shrinking economy lower value pound have reduced the amount we spend on healthcare to far lower than our contemporaries. And we don't want to spend even more, cutting rainbows and diversity managers wont scratch the surface. Is it time to start withdrawing treatment from these old people and start treating those who might be able to contribute to the economy. I didn't know any people >85 years were left. I thought they were all killed in the pandemic. |

I remember some cad on another forum suggesting we knock everyone off at the age of 70.
Which would mean the forum here would be quieter and society probably richer. The whining might start when the grandparents are missing for childcare.
