LGB wins against the claim their charity attacks Transexuals.

Interesting and am pleased to see the Trans lobby pushed back as think they are dependent on this LGBT naming though many in LGB think the T is going too far.

Yes, me too.

Thankfully, tribunal judges today ruled that Mermaids had no right to bring this challenge.

Essentially, Mermaids was angry that a group defending the interests of lesbian, gay and bisexual people had dared to oppose its views on gender.
