It's definitely a peculiar case. The usual "sentencing adjourned for reports" BS was extended by a referral to some bleeding heart do-gooders hell bent on ensuring the offender's transgender rights are given proper consideration. Given "it" was formerly a screw one wonders where they could usefully be thrown. In an oubliette perhaps.
The worst bit was the sentencing twat trying to make out a suspended sentence in no way reduced their view of the seriousness of the crime. Bullshit. Utter Bullshit

It's insane, sentencing guidelines recommended a sentence of 6 months to 3 years but because he's a man in a dress he gets a suspended sentence! Is it me?
What sort of a punishment would have been handed down for murder, a suspended life sentence? Crime and punishment in this country is a joke.

Compare it with a real woman sent to prison for shouting and gesticulating at another woman cycling on the footpath.

He can go through a trapdoor and dangle instead.
