Sure - JRM is not only able to form cohesive sentences, he is also able to string them together into arguments for his positions, without appealing to drippy emotionalism, lazy sloganeering or losing pose This puts him in the top 2% of our political class currently. |

If that’s true it doesn’t say much for the rest. it's a very low bar... It might be I’m getting older but across the board the bar was considerably higher in the past,apart from the odd exceptions. |
