...Forcing a private company to take on customers... NatWest is 40% taxpayer owned. ...causing them reputational (and therefore financial) damage is a slippery slope... And the episode has caused them way more reputational damage than having Nigel as a customer ever did. In your opinion, intelligent people will have a very different opinion.

It's really hypocritical how fascistic the behaviour of some Europhiles is, and rather alarming. Says the Putin enabler supporter and AfD sympathiser (also Putin supporters).

Forcing an individual who has not committed a crime, to do business elsewhere, contrary to the advertised policies of the bank, simply because management doesn't like the customer, is fascistic. And where does it end if it becomes permissible? Cancelling a customer because they're left wing? Cancelling a customer because they're black? Cancelling a customer because they're gay? They didn't cancel him. They downgraded him to a pleb account.

Probably £5m and a reinstatement of his original account. Yeah, £5m seems like a realistic figure, given that the average Windrush Scandal payout was between £50,000 and £100,000. Did the bank detain him and then wrongfully deport him? If not, you might want to recalibrate your expectations.

Good article in the Staggers that some of the (supposed) liberals and progressives on this forum could do with reading.. “This story is much bigger than Nigel Farage himself and we should be grateful that Coutts picked the wrong target this time.”
“If the left (and Labour) wants to salvage some credibility, it should rediscover its long-lost principles.”
How is this a free speech matter? Pepe has been on every news channel for a week claiming victimisation and doing his usual rabble rousing ''everybody listen to poor me'' speil.

Yes, there's a third secret chamber at work, I suspect it's a group of staunch remainers hellbent on revenge for Brexit, they've infiltrated the Civil Service, the banking industry, and I suspect it doesn't end there, they are even in charge of getting rid of Prime Ministers who don't suit their agenda, it would be interesting put names to these saboteurs. I suggest you look up and study the word 'Neurosis', and then inform Squeezy. I suggest you look up the study of the word 'Psychosis', and then inform yourself.

Has anyone got any pictures or reference to Starmer helping and supporting the Ukraine's or shaking hands with Zelenskyy?
Just wondering like.

Hasn't Farage damaged British banking enough already? If business should not be forced to take on customers they disagree with then you would have no problem with a ban on Blacks and Gays? After all they are private companies..

There is no link to support that caption?
His views or taken out of context?
