jonsky i wouldnt worry about it . Humza and the current snp have as much chance of implementing scottish independence as keir starmer and labour have of making brexit work.

jonsky i wouldnt worry about it . Humza and the current snp have as much chance of implementing scottish independence as keir starmer and labour have of making brexit work.
I don't worry about it mate. The SNATS are longer relevant and have never had Scottish interest at heart.. |

I don't worry about it mate. The SNATS are longer relevant and have never had Scottish interest at heart.. 24 hours on, pretty much everyone seems to have come to the same conclusion (with the assistance of briefings from the FM himself) about Humza Yousaf’s “independence strategy” as the one Wings saw immediately yesterday, namely that he’s taken Nicola Sturgeon’s flawed version of a de-facto referendum and made it even less credible.
In as far as they’re talking about it at all, anyway.
There’s remarkably little in-depth coverage of the “special conference” in the Sundays, and that’s probably because it said so little worth reporting that there are no depths to explore. In the end a great deal of sound and fury was created in Dundee that signified next to nothing, other than a retreat.

The new First Minister has many challenges left to him by his predecessor, far too many to list here, but he is ploughing ahead on doomed objectives anyway, his latest failing has resulted in a huge snub from the EU, he wanted to arrange a meeting with the EU to outline how an independent Scotland could join the EU seamlessly. Unsurprisingly the EU told him to do one and said that they only talk to the Governments of non member states, so that was that.
To date the only credential that Ayatollah Bagpipes has is that he is the only Scottish First Minister that hasn't been arrested and questioned about crimes whilst under caution.
The Scots must be complete idiots.

This was an informal meeting, not the formal meeting with independence and Scotland joining the EU agenda that Useless attempted to arrange.
Nothing to do with a strong confident union, just a shower of jumped up pikeys trying to gob off about retained matters in order to stir up trouble, which is why the Government has to oversee this nonsense to ensure that legalities are observed, mainly because the SNP, though either stupidity or willfulness, are unable to be trusted to behave properly.
The SNP pikeys do not represent Scotland on the international stage, Great Britain does that, (fortunately when one considers the track record of the SNP with dishonesty, deceit, calamity, incompetence and lying on every occasion.)

If an informal meeting is so meaningless , then you better tell the uk government they dont need to worry about their minders participating watching scottish ministers every move. 
Scotland at this present moment in time cannot join the EU om. First , we need to become independent , then apply to join.
you seem rather upset om. Before much longer , the EU will be representing you on the world stage when sir keir starmer takes you back into the EU , and offers up your seat on the UN security council to the much larger and richer brussells parliament.
