/ I would be interested to see what evidence you have of this. If you have it then please post it. Or is it a purely spurious claim? No, it's called calculated intuition.

Red Rum
De-legitimise the Government, and Parliament as a whole by giving it as weak a mandate as possible. Give them so little public support and endorsement to start with, that despotic behaviour or tyranny by the majority has even less justification than it had last time. The swamp has to be drained ...... and if the public keep refilling the swamp with the same foul and dirty water, every time it gets briefly emptied for an election ....... we'll always be back to square one.
I'm in the possibly fortunate position of not possessing the type of identification that would allow me to vote anyway, but even if I did, I think I've reached the stage where not voting more adequately reflects my opinion than endorsing any of Lib/Lab/Con to form a Government to continue to further wreck Britain.

I have many times wished no one would vote.

Didn't the good and thoroughly decent British people do this at the last local election? The Tories did poorly, because the turn out was so low. It won't be reciprocated by the Labour lot. They will just grab power at any cost, even if it means replacing the people, which is all they seem to support on here.

I have to point out that Starmer wasn't fined by the police for breaking lockdown rules and so I assume that he didn't. If you think he did and have evidence to prove it then take it up with the police. Also Starmer said he would resign if he was fined, but did Bozo or the current Prime Minister resign when they actually were fined? I don't think they did.
However, I think your reply is pure whataboutery because this thread is about the disgusting behavior of Tories partying while mocking the rules.
Angela Raynor was right about the Tories being pure scum.
You don't have to point anything out.
Starmer and his mates and contacts at the DPP sorted that out.
That was magnanimous of him "I'll resign if it's found I've broken lockdown rules", knowing full well he'd 'sorted' it with the boys.
Is this the same Angela Rayner who couldn't remember if she was at Starmers beer curry night, until someone reminded her, she's the biggest piece of scum in politics, she's pure gutter mouth and gutter politics.
You’re on a broken-record loser here and clutching at make-believe straws if you expect anyone but those equally as deluded as you appear to be, to believe that the Police and DPP are majority staffed by Labour sympathisers willing to pervert the course of justice. Sunak is, almost single-handedly, having to work to recover from the public’s view of the Tories being it to be the party Party, that parties while others are dying, and has MPs only interested in their own gratification and personal wealth and status. This negative image of the Tories has been largely caused by two of its last five leaders and prime ministers turning out to be perceived as the most reckless and dishonest in living memory. The serial liar and law-breaker that Johnson has turned out to be, is still under investigation. The party also looks to be of interest to the Police again for partying during lockdown. Will threats against Tory MPs who agree with the report’s recommendations of how Johnson should be disciplined, by the half dozen or so declared Johnson supporters, improve the Tory image? It’s doubtful — especially the electorate do not like parties fighting bitter internal squabbles. Now, I hear on the radio this morning, Johnson’s supposed election-winning qualities are being questioned…

Starmer and his mates and contacts at the DPP sorted that out. Except that nothing went to the DPP as the police did not charge him with anything. Just another example of you trying to pass your opinion as fact.

I don't think it really matters whether we vote, don't vote, vote for ricky, vote for Sir Kneel Alot or spoil the ballot paper. The Country is run by an EU backed Civil Service and an old boy establishment centered around the Royal Family and the security services. We are facing a net zero future, a global rule by organisations such as the WHO, OECD and all the rest of them.
The only way is to look after your families, pay as little tax as possible and when you need medical help pray that the end comes quickly, and voting Tory or Labour won't change any of that by one iota.
I am going to Broadhaven tomorrow to drink as many pints of Brains as I can for a few days, seems better than reading about what is happening at the moment.

Note how the usuals stay well clear of the thread about gray breaking the civil service codes and any news on the EUSSR going down the shitter.
